World of warcraft - Sunwell Questing- Nether Residue 6 aprilie, 2008

I just discovered one of the small things that count, especially in lore and questing. If you read the quest log for “Gaining the Advantage”, it says that Nether residue drops for skinners, herbalists and miners from Outlands. Click on pic of larger version with the Quest Log text. “Those herbs, ores and beasts unique to Outlands may all bear the residue”.
Yet I am in The Isle of Quel`Danas which is just North from the Eastern Kingdoms, not in Outland, and I`m mining Nether Residue. I found one in a Mana Thistle plant, note that both the Adamantite Ore and the plant should not be situated outside the Outlands.
Not that I`m complaining! I like the fact that the Adamantite Ore in the screenshot above respawns insanely fast and same goes for the 1-2 Mana Thistles around because I can do “the Gaining the Advantage” and the “Making Ready” quests at the same time. Damn Daggerspine Chest Key drop rate! ><

I bet some people are confused by all the daily quests that appeared now. My server, Stormrage, just enterd in Phase3, we have the Armory. Today I`d like to complete all the available Shattered Sun Offensive quests and get more reputation (useless for my druid) and more gold (always useful, right?). I found this nice article from Curse explaining the quests, I think it`s very helpful. Enough talk, now go and kill those freaks!
